Dapiprazole HCl Dilation Reversal Kit (6ml each)(OK to compound)

Dapiprazole HCl is an antimydriatic used to shorten the time of dilation in patients following eye examinations. Dapiprazole HCl 0.5% is supplied in a kit consisting of one vial of dapiprazole hydrochloride (25 mg), one vial of diluent (6 ml) and one dropper for dispensing.

Dapiprazole HCl dilation reversal kit has approximately a 6 month expiration date before reconstitution.  After reconstitution Dapiprazole HCl 0.5% expires in 21 days.

Dapiprazole HCl is an alpha-adrenergic receptor antagonist and works best on adrenergically innervated tissues such as the iris dilator muscles.
